Web of Deception - The Moon

As I prepared for this post, I asked the cards to offer a message from my guides. They presented me with The Moon.

My first thoughts were of a warning, “Not all is as it seems.”

I gazed upon the card hoping for more insight, but the only impression I received were yucky feelings of being deceived and lied to. It’s important to remember there are also self-deceptions within the appearance of The Moon.

Do I lead myself astray, or is someone presenting me with something which is untrue?

"Oh, what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive." - Sir Walter Scott

Moon – A Haiku Poem

My light shall guide you
Deceit, lies, betrayal
Be cautious and true

Or do your guides shed some light over a shady situation.
With a question like this I think you can read this card more positive

Ps I love the haiku. I've tried to write them myself but I didn't got the hang of it

So much to consider. Tho I've decided not to think, but to work. Is that the equivalent of sticking my head in the sand?

Ellen, on another day it might have been a more positive interpretation. :) Thanks on the haiku.

Joylene, not sure on that. Work creates progress. Hope all is well.
