Review: Secret Woods

Secret Woods
Author: Kelly Patton
Red Feather/Schiffer Publishing, 2021

Description: 28 card deck, 72-page companion guide, a die-cut sleeve that offers a peek at the box, which has a magnetic closure lid.

Card Size: about 4x5

"Welcome to the Secret Woods, an immersive realm that surrounds you but is hidden from your normal daily perception - one that is only a peek beyond a thin veil that separates your world from the home of countless peculiar spirits."

The Secret Woods deck is destined to be one of my favorite decks. The artwork pulled me in instantly. I've already had some amazing one card readings.

The cards feature animals, nature scenes, and some unusual creatures. The images are rich and creative. The intriguing borders and gilded edges are a nice touch to this deck. Printed on thick, mat card stock, the cards shuffle well and fit perfectly even in the smallest of hands.

The Guidebook offers suggestions of how to use the cards, along with a couple of spreads, but the bulk of the book focuses on the cards, which are in alphabetical order. Each card entry contains a picture, its title and phrase, a description, and a deeper look to reveal its message.

I highly recommend the Secret Woods deck to animal and nature lovers. The cards have amazing images and inspiring messages.

Review: Manifesting Your Greatness Oracle by Amy E. Chace

Manifesting Your Greatness Oracle
Author: Amy E. Chace
Schiffer Publishing, 2019
Description: 46 oracle cards, 104 page guidebook
Card Size: 5 x 6

"Prepare to explore your heart with words and images that spark insight with 46 colorful and freshly stylized cards."

Manifesting Your Greatness Oracle is a 'No Rules' deck. The deck can be used with or without the guidebook. You can pull one card or as many as you like. There are no pre-defined layouts, no rules of how to read the cards, and no right or wrong way to use them.

The image and phase of each card are enough to give the guidance you seek. For further exploration, the guidebook offers suggestions to apply the card to your life and links to other cards.

The only thing I would change about the cards and guidebook would be the system of reference. The cards have no numbers and yet the guidebook has card numbers. The card descriptions are in no apparent order, leaving you to search for the information. Of course, there is a glossary in the front you can refer to which will lead you to the right page.

Manifesting Your Greatness Oracle would make a great deck for someone looking for a simple solution to finding quick guidance. There's no memorization needed. This deck can be easily used without the guidebook.

Review: Transformation Oracle by Sonya Shannon

Transformation Oracle
Author: Sonya Shannon
Schiffer Publishing, 2018
Description: 44 oracle cards and 150 page Guidebook
Card Size: about 2 3/4 by 4 3/4 inches

The Transformation Oracle, a channeled deck, is intended to guide you on your spiritual journey.

"Whether you read for yourself or others, the cards and their meanings are guided by the Divine to bring about healing, spiritual growth, and positive change."

The deck's foundation lies with the four elements: earth, air, fire, and water. This is the first thing you should consider when reading the cards. Earth brings a message concerning your body, Air suggests a need to use your thoughts, Fire is a call to action, and Water signifies you to allow your feelings/emotions to guide you.

The included guidebook goes into great detail of how to use this deck - from getting started to cleansing the cards. The author offers ten spreads, along with instructions of how to interpret the cards within the spreads. The spreads range from the simple one card spread to the very detailed Chakra spread.

After all that, you learn about the eight phases within the transformation and the cards that fall into each phase, which brings the interpretation of these cards to an even higher level. These phases are: Beginning, Ending, Stasis, Quietude, Growth, Nourishment, Decline, and Refinement.

The images alone are breathtaking. You can gage the card's element by the bottom area of the card. Above, from left to right, you have earth, air, fire and water.

A brief look at these cards in their Phases:
Simplicity falls into the Decline Phase, which shows changed circumstances and power.
Direction and Stuck both fall into the Stasis Phase, showing a loss or stalled position.
Creativity is of the Nourishment Phase, showing blessings and gratitude.

The rest of the guidebook, over half, covers each card in great detail: interpretations, meanings - elements, numbers, and phases.

A brief look at a single card:
Wisdom, an air card, falls within the Refinement Phase, indicates work on the self that may take a long time to process. The Refinement stage is of personal growth, reflections, becoming our truths. Wisdom is about knowing and embracing that knowledge. At some point, you have to quit turning to others for the answers and acknowledge that you know what you to know in order to make the choices in your life. If you pull this card in your reading, it's a sure sign that you are ready to take charge of your own life.

You will find more information about this deck at the creator's website, transformation-oracle.com.

The energy of this deck is amazing. The images are breath taking. And, the messages received were extraordinary. I am very impressed with this deck. It would make a great addition to any reader's collection.

Guidance for December - Embrace Your Faith

I decided to work with The WayCard Oracle this month. This deck is intended to guide you to your Inner Journey. The author Martha Winona Travers shares the story of the creation of this deck in the preface of the companion book. In short, the deck began as thirteen cards on notepaper.

She continued creating the cards as they came to her, until one morning the last card arrived. She discovered she'd created a total of thirty-three cards. She felt the deck was complete with the numerology significance of the number 33 - the number of spiritual completion.

I reviewed this deck in October 2016.

"Each card in the deck represents a place on the life path, a stage in our journey. Thus, each card can be experienced as a stepping stone - a place to stand, to be still, to listen, and to perceive."

As we step into the last month of the year, what should we be aware of? What can we expect?

Past - Threshold/Guardian - You are standing before an archway, a transition zone between the life you are living now and the one that you'll live once you've pass through. The guardian asks you to recognize the fears and desires that hold you in your current life. As this card is in the past position, you have already transitioned; you are presently living the new life you've chosen.

Present - The Judge - You may very well be questioning the move you've made into this new life. But, you may also be digging in even deeper, evolving further. The Judge represents your inner critic, both the criticizer and the helper. You are urged to be self-reflective and curious about your new life, not doubtful and belittling. It's important to distinguish between the two voices.

Future - Reciprocity - It's important to give back as much as you've received. It is also important to remember that you have to give in order to receive. "Our sacred responsibility is to reciprocate for the Life given to us with expressions of respect, care, and gratitude." Sometimes fear leads us to hoard our possessions and our emotions in order not to lose what we have, or be betrayed by others. Reciprocity urges us to let go of the fear and live freely.

Shadow - hidden energies - Water - Your emotions may be affecting you more than you realize. You may want to take some time to be with your emotions. "Do not ignore, repress, or project your emotions. Be quiet. Feel the emotions and allow them to flow through you."

You are also being reminded of our fluidity. We do not stay in one single form. We change with each new moment. "The Water card asks you to flow with the current of your life, to not set up barriers in the mind." Be open to new ideas. Allow for new people to enter your life, and new events to occur. Do not board yourself in your own world with preconceived ideas and limitations. Anything is possible when you allow things to be.

Light - direct energy - Faith - "Faith is an experience. It is not a theory, an idea, or a belief. It is knowing - deep, unquestioning knowing." You have trust in the unfolding path of your life. You don't need proof of the existence of what guides you. You know without doubt it is there, with you in each step you take.

Overview - You've stepped into your new life. You may be questioning yourself, but you know you are being guided by a larger force. Let go of the critic and embrace your higher voice. Your emotions are also being stirred up in this new way of living. Take some time to reflect and meditate on the feelings you may be having at the moment. And remember, you should always give back to the universe as an appreciation for the gifts it bestows upon you.

"It was as though there was some law of invocation and response: one cannot be helped until he seeks help, cannot be taught until he tries to learn, cannot be answered unless he asks." - Doug Boyd, Rolling Thunder

Happy Holidays!

Guidance for November - Be Yourself

The Witch's Oracle
Marla Brooks &
Aunia Kahn
I decided to stick with the Witch Theme going into November. We are only five days in, and I've already gained great guidance from the deck. I'm looking forward to experience the whole month with The Witch's Oracle by Marla Brooks and Aunia Kahn.

I reviewed the deck in October 2015.

As you all know I usually shut the blog down during this time of the year due to the holiday rush at the post office. I did this reading on the first of the month, but it took a little bit to find the time to put everything together for the post. So, please be patient with the posting times over the next few months.

As we step into this new month, we ask for guidance. How should we approach the month? What can we expect?

Ravens are often seen as messengers, carrying messages back and forth from a higher plane. It's important for us to take the time to listen, to hear what they have to say. On this card there are two ravens, one large and one small. I feel this is telling us that messages arrive in many different sizes. We may overlook one small whisper, when faced with a larger message. We must remember this month that no message is too small. Everything is important.

A Familiar is an animal companion that is emotionally bonded to its human partner. The animal sheds light on the characteristics of the human. Some believe this to be a demon in animal form, but it is, at least for us, in this reading, an animal guide or totem. This card suggests that it is time to be you and let go of the disguise. Believe you are enough for this world. There's no need to hide, anymore.

The Crystal Ball is one of the most well-known methods of divination. This card indicates a need to discover information that is unseen at this time. The answers to the questions that plaque you can be found in the 'who you were', not the 'who you are now'. I feel this may very well be referring back to the Familiar card - the disguise of 'who you are now' is hiding the answers you seek.

The theme of November is Communication, but not with others, a dialogue with yourself. The Raven whispers words of truth, "Be yourself, your true self." By following this guidance, you will discover the answers you seek. And, of course, they were with you the whole time, hidden beneath the disguise. Easier said than done, I know. Truths are usually harder to accept than the lovely lies we tell ourselves daily.

Happy November!

Guidance for August - Have Courage and Be Generous

I'll be working with the Psychic Tarot Oracle Deck this month. I've asked the cards to guide us into August.

How should we approach it? What can we expect?

Stand Your Ground, 7 of Spirit, encourages us to approach this month with Courage and Focus. You may be challenged to take a stand for what you believe in. It's important to stand strong. Your strength will determine the energies for the first ten days of the month. You may be challenged more than once, but you have the courage to be strong and focused.

Shadow, 18 Major Arcana, tells us that at least one of the challenges faced in the first ten days will probably trigger something you've pushed deep down. You've been avoiding it, but now it's time to face it head on, explore it, and resolve it. This is not a card of despair; it is a card of repair.

Mental & Spiritual Prosperity, 6 of Physical, shows a peaceful, harmonious end to the month. Everything is in perfect order. Be sure to give as much as you receive during this time. Your generosity will be rewarded and extend this harmonious period.

Looks like we begin with some challenging times, but everything turns out well this month. Step into the sunshine, breath in some fresh air, and Enjoy August!

Guidance for July - Dog - Know Your Friends

Can you believe it's already the middle of the year? It seems like just yesterday I was sitting down to plan out a wonderfully productive year. Well, the progress has been slow. I'm hoping the second part of the year will be a time to turn all of my energetic thoughts into physical production.

I decided to pull out the Druid Animal Oracle, by Philip & Stephanie Carr-Gomm, for a little guidance for the month of July. I've had the deck for a while, but I believe this is the first time of actually using it for a reading.

While shuffling the deck, I asked for guidance as we step into this new month.

I was a little surprised to turn over the Dog, but after reading through the information in the guidebook and reflecting on the card, I can see how this is the perfect card to guide us.

The Keywords: Guidance, Protection, and Loyalty.

"The dog brings guidance and protection, acting as a loyal companion and friend on your journey in both this life and the next."

With my Lenormand background, the dog represents our friends. The people and animals of our life take on many roles, some lasting forever, while others only surviving temporarily. The appearance of the Dog brings the message of acknowledgement and appreciation for those in our lives who help us in our journeys.

You may also find yourself developing an important friendship this month. A new guide or teacher may appear in your path. You may connect with a Spirit Guide during meditations. Discover a stray kitten or puppy on your morning walk. You may rekindle a dying friendship, or create a totally new relationship with an acquaintance.

Know your friends, and appreciate them for all they do for you. Enjoy your month!

Review: Chakra Reading Cards

Chakra Reading Cards
Author: Rachelle Charman
Rockpool Publishing, 2017

Description: 36 cards and a 112 page guidebook in a sturdy cardboard box, with magnetic closing lid

Card Size: about 3 3/4 by 5 ½

“These one-of-a-kind Chakra Reading Cards bring a world of guidance and clarity to your life.”

The Chakra Reading Cards are divided into 9 chakras, covering the seven main chakras plus two additional chakras – the Soul Star and the Earth Star. Each division includes four cards with assigned titles relating to the influence in its chakra field. For example, the Throat Chakra includes Communication, Life Purpose, Truth, and Listening. Each vibrant image has a chakra color border, along with its chakra symbol.

The Guidebook begins with the basics: an introduction, how to care for the deck, how to work with the deck, how to do a reading, and how to connect to your intuition. The author also offers five layouts suitable for the Chakra Reading Cards.

The rest of the book covers the cards. Each section begins with a two page explanation of the Chakra: color, topics, cleansing and balancing the chakra, and an affirmation. Each individual card has a colored image and a page of information followed by a short affirmation.

As with most decks, I had some favorites and some not so favorites within the deck. To the left, I've chosen three of each.

I hope this offers enough of a range to give a full view of the types of images upon the cards. Since, my favorites could easily be your least favorite and vice versa.

Let's take a closer look at two of the cards and what they reveal.

The 2-Rebirth card belongs to the Earth Star Chakra, signified by the Black border and the Chakra symbol.

The card description begins with: "You have pulled this card as a sign that you are currently undergoing a rebirth. It is a powerful awakening and healing process..." The entry continues on giving more insight into the possibilities of your rebirth and how you may process it.

The affirmation: "I am completely supported in my current rebirth and I am open to the magic of the universe birthing within me."

The 17-Inner Child belongs to the Heart Chakra, signified by the Green border and the Chakra symbol.

The card description begins with: "You have called this card and energy into your awareness today because it is time to create a more fulfilling loving relationship with your Inner Child. Each person has within them aspects of the child - those parts of us that can be vulnerable, misunderstood..." The author goes on to explore the pains and emotions related to being trapped, confused, and at the mercy of another person. But, then she gets to the good stuff. "It is also very important to allow the Inner Child out to play."

The affirmation: "My Inner Child is free to express love and joy."

As mentioned earlier, the author offers five layouts suitable for the deck. But, of course, these are only guides to help you get started. You can use these cards in many different ways.

Two of the layouts in the book are one-card pulls. One is focused on finding guidance and a message, and the other reveals the Chakra causing the biggest issue at that moment. There is a three-card layout: past, present, future. The other two focuses on the Chakras: a seven-card and a nine-card. These Chakra layouts would be great for monthly, or even yearly, readings.

The Chakra Readings Cards would also make a great addition to any reading. Using a second deck in a Tarot reading has become a normal thing for me. It's nice to see some additional insight. And, on most occasions, it can verify the reading is on the right track by providing a mirror to the guidance already supplied.

I recommend this deck to anyone interested in further exploring their Chakra, but also to anyone wanting a new oracle deck.

Review: Magical Dimensions Oracle Cards and Activators

Magical Dimensions Oracle Cards & Activators
Author: Lightstar
Schiffer Publishing, 2017

Description: 44 cards and a 72 page guidebook in a sturdy cardboard box, with magnetic closure and a built in cleansing symbol.

The Magical Dimensions Oracle Cards and Activators are indeed magical and quite different than anything I've experienced over the years of dabbling with various Oracle decks.

These cards can be used as Oracle Cards or as Activator Cards. The cards are categorized into main frequency types: Angelic, Elemental, Galactic, and seven Chakra Portals.

The guidebook covers an introduction, an overview of card categories, cleansing and care of your deck and a prelude to layouts. There are six suggested Oracle Card Spreads, suggestions for Activator uses, and three Activator Layout Suggestions. The rest of the guidebook is devoted to the Card Interpretations.

One page is devoted to each card, with a full color version of the image and card number. The card's title is given along with a few keywords, a connection to a particular sacred color ray, followed by a Celestial Interpretation and an Oracle Interpretation. The author also suggests working with companion crystals and essential oils to enhance the frequencies of the cards. Suggestions for the types of crystal and oils are provided for each card.

Let's take a look at the Challenges card above. It looks to be a very busy card to me, pure chaos. The woman is dressed for battle in her high boots and long fur coat. In her hands, she holds a powerful sword, a tool to sweep away all that chaos. But, she's not alone. A man wields a similar sword assisting her in the fight against the clutter.

"Celestial Interpretation: Challenges resonates to freedom from fears, negativity, and blockages. Residing in a denser dimension can cause the lower self to succumb to fear-based emotions. ...."

"The Oracle Interpretation: If you are feeling blocked, afraid, or stuck, assistance is on the way . . . so hold on and don't succumb to negative thinking. ...."

"Companion Crystals: Iceland Spa, Lapis Lazuli; Companion Essential Oil: Black Pepper"

I recommend this deck for anyone looking for something different.

Note: this is an updated version of a previously published deck in 2015. I'm unaware of what has or has not been updated and/or revised in this deck.

Review: Shamanic Healing Oracle Cards

Shamanic Healing Oracle
Author: Michelle A. Motuzas
Schiffer Publishing, 2016

Description: 44 cards and a 120 page guidebook in a sturdy cardboard box, with magnetic closure.

Card Size: slightly larger than 3 X 4 1/2 inches

"Discover for yourself and others the energies surrounding situations in life that can hinder or assist you along your path of self-awareness and healing."

The Shamanic Healing Oracle deck is a collection of artwork produced by the author as part of her Shamanic practice. The images are simple, yet vibrant. Each card contains a gold frame, along with other bordering décor, a simple image, and a numbered keyword. The keywords are self-explanatory, making it even easier to put this deck to use.

Here you see the seventh card, the Reunion of Souls. Notice how the framework eases you into the image. Above and below the main picture are multiple symbols, among them a setting sun and the infinity sign. A bird perches upon a branch, while another sours upward to join it.

The basic meaning of this card is the reunion of souls, just as the keyword indicates. Some believe that before our souls come to earth, we make agreements with other souls to help us along our journey. Lessons, challenges, and even love relationships are presented within these contracts.

The appearance of this card signifies an instance when a contract or agreement is being kept within your life; a moment when two souls cross paths, or even join together, fulfilling the obligation set in the map of your human journey.

The author does not delve into the individual symbolic nature of the deck. In the Preface, "The symbols and images used in this deck have originated through many of my own personal life experiences, but also borrow from universal symbols harking back to early man and cave drawings."

The guidebook gives a brief preface on the author's interpretation of Shamanism in regards to this oracle deck. "...Shamanism is regarded as "endeavoring to connect with the energy of all living things.""

The section on How to do Readings for Yourself and Others covers grounding, shuffling, laying out the cards, doing a quick scan, and reading the cards. In a short Oracle Layout section, the author offers three layouts with interpretation examples. The rest of the guidebook is devoted to each card, including a color image, the card title, and a passage about the card's meaning.

The Shamanic Healing Oracle Deck would be a wonderful gift for someone just getting started in the Oracle world. It would also be a nice addition for an avid collector or reading. The simplicity presented with this deck makes it great for anyone on your holiday list intrigue by the magic of divination and personal growth.

Inner Journey - "Not all who wander are lost." Each of us is on a specific journey in life. "Do not judge another's journey--always respect where another person is on their path."

Review: The WayCard Oracle

The WayCard Oracle
Author - Martha Winona Travers
Schiffer Publishing, 2016

Description - 33 Cards and a 96 page guidebook in a sturdy cardboard box, with magnetic closure.

Card Size - 3 X 5

"The WayCard Oracle will help you identify energy clusters, or archetypes, that are presently active and influencing emotions, thoughts and actions." ~ C. Michael Smith, PhD

The guide book begins with a preface written by C. Michael Smith, PhD. The short introduction includes a Table of Correspondences, a cheat sheet for the card meanings. A how to use the cards section offers a five-card spread designed for the cards - Patterns. And, it gives a quick overview of using three cards, one card, multi cards, and yes or no questions. The rest of the book is devoted to card meanings, two pages per card. The book closes with a short conclusion, which offers a circular cycle of the cards in order from the Radiance to the Return.

"The WayCard Oracle reveals hidden knowledge about your journey and helps you travel more lightly."

The WayCard Oracle is a very simple, straightforward oracle. There's nothing fancy about it. The fronts and backs have identical images. The back has a green background while the front is white. The card consists of, in most cases, a single keyword associated with a stepping stone in the journey of life.

Focus - "When you pull this card, you are being asked to carefully and honestly examine your own thoughts. What are you creating every day? Notice in any given moment where you place your attentions."

Faith - "When you pull the Faith card, you are being guided to place your trust in the Radiance that exists in all things, that is with you in every moment and in every place. Faith does not come through effort, it comes through quiet. Faith does not need to be acquired or gained; it already exists within you."

In working with the cards, I used the Patterns spread and received some interesting and insightful guidance. The spread consists of five positions: present, past, future, shadow, and light. The book provides you enough guidance to give you a good platform for a reading. Overall, I was impressed by the message supplied by the cards and the author's interpretations.

This deck would make a great gift for someone interested in a starter oracle. A seasoned reader may also find the simplicity of the deck interesting and refreshing.

Review: The Avalonian Oracle

The Avalonian Oracle
Author: Jhenah Telyndru
Illustrator: Emily Brunner
Schiffer Publishing, Ltd, 2016

Description: 46 Cards and a 128 page guidebook in a sturdy cardboard box, with magnetic closure.

Card Size: 3 3/8 x 5 1/8

“Woven from threads of Welsh mythos, British legend, and Celtic Druidism, The Avalonian Oracle is a transformational journey through the sacred landscapes of Britain and a gateway to the Holy Island of Avalon.”

“The Avalonian Oracle is comprised of seven card divisions representing different phases of the spiritual journey and echoing the seven circuits of the walkable, three-dimensional labyrinth carved into the slopes of Glastonbury Tor.”

I have little experience in the area of the Celtic and the ways of Avalon, of which this deck is based, but the guidebook seems to cover anything you may need to use this deck.

The guidebook covers:
• An Introduction covers how the deck can be used, its structure, the seven divisions, and touches upon sight and synchronicity.

• Chapter 1-7 explains each division and its cards, including card description, keywords, quest, divinatory meaning, and affirmation.

• Chapter 8 presents seven spreads designed for The Avalonian Oracle

The deck is beautiful and includes card titles.

The Five Seeds of Wisdom - "The stages of the Priestess Journey here, depicted as the Pathway to Avalon, is a reflection of the unfolding of the soul's inner wisdom - the seeds that lie in the heart of the apple, the very fruit of that wisdom. We begin the process by Calling the Barge, by speaking our need and intention to the Universe, that we seek to arrive on the shores of Avalon - the Island of Healing and Wholeness."

The Calling the Barge guides you to embrace your true needs, to ask the universe to assist you in your journey, and to step forth onto the path.

The Nine Morgens - "Nine sisters rule there by right of birth over those who come to them from our lands."

The Lorekeeper guides you toward creation. She urges you to release the past and be present.

"The page, the canvas, the ground, the present - all are blank and filled with potential."

The time to create is now, pick your materials and create your future.

“The Thirteen Moons of Avalon is a system for deepening our connection with the yearly cycle by harnessing lunar energies to assist us in our understanding of our inner process.”

The Moon of Distillation represents the First Full Moon when the Sun is in Sagittarius and is associated with the herb Yarrow.

The Moon of Distillation guides you to allow change to take place in your life, to push toward your goals past all obstacles, embrace the wisdom gained in your journey, and to relinquish expectations of the outcomes, for the path shall change as you move forward.

Although these cards were picked randomly with my focus mainly on the images, an important message appears here within these three cards. A message which speaks directly to me, and I'm guess to a few of my readers.

Embrace your true path, allow your creativity to flow with no boundaries, and allow for necessary change to occur as you navigate toward your true goals.

If you're looking for another divination tool, a way to gain access to hidden pathways, or to learn more of the Avalonian Tradition, you'll find yourself delighted with the Avalonian Oracle.

I believe this deck would also make a wonderful meditative tool. Can you imagine stepping into the Calling the Barge card?

Review: The Witch's Oracle

The Witch's Oracle
Author: Marla Brooks
Illustrator: Aunia Kahn
Schiffer Publishing, Ltd, 2015

Description: 45 cards and a 112 page guidebook in a sturdy cardboard box, with magnetic closure.

Card size: about 3 by 4.5 inches.

The Witch's Oracle reminds me of a Lenormand deck from a Pagan perspective. The cards feature items familiar to Witches, but will be recognized by the masses, such as the black cat serving as a Familiar and the most famous magician's tool the Magick Wand. The author suggests the deck can be used as a standalone oracle or used in conjunction with another deck for added guidance. I tried it both way and was impressed by the results.

As you'll see below, the images are quite amazing. The brocade backgrounds of the cards give the images an almost three dimensional feel. When I first pulled the deck from the box, I had to separate the cards one by one. After a few shuffles, the cards finally released their attachment to one another. Now they glide past one another in an almost magical dance. The energies of this deck are amazing.

The guidebook contains an introduction, how to clear/charge your cards, suggested spreads, and information on working with your cards. The bulk of the little book is dedicated to the cards. Each section contains a colored image of the card, information on the item, card meaning and an incantation.

The Dreamcatcher asks you to pay close attention to your dreams. It suggests keeping a dream journal. The information in your dreams will prove important and provide answers.

Owl - Incantation - "Spirit Guides and teachers, please let me see the hidden world that now surrounds me. I need to see clearly both inside and out. I need your assistance, of that there's no doubt."

The Owl is a sign to trust your intuition. Pay attention to the world around you. You will find the answers you need to any issues you may have.

The Hourglass urges you to complete what you've been putting off. Time is of the essence.

The Witch's Oracle makes a great standalone deck and a nice addition to other divination methods. I recommend this deck to anyone seeking guidance.

You don't have to be a Witch to enjoy the images of this deck.

Tori Hartman's Chakra Wisdom

Do you know your life purpose? Chances are you do or at least have an idea. But, the real question is: Are you living your life purpose?

For the last couple of years, I have experienced a slumbering - jumping in multiple directions, achieving small successes, but not feeling as if I were really doing what I had planned for this lifetime.

What if that plan, the entire road map we need to achieve our highest intentions, is located within each of us, within our Chakra?

Tomorrow, May 5th, I begin a journey to discover my life purpose and learn how to live it. The Life Purpose Divination Course, a seven week class, by Tori Hartman guarantees to lead you in the right direction.

I'm extremely excited to be a part of this course and look forward to finally finding a stable direction in order to proceed forward. It is true, I have a strong idea of what I am here to do, but because of the multitudes of interests, I feel pulled in too many directions. My hope is this course and the knowledge it brings will clear up my plan and allow me to focus on my aspirations.

To prepare for the weeks ahead, I pulled two cards from the Chakra Wisdom Oracle.

1- Intentions - What do I expect to receive through the course?

Instinct - There is a guide inside us. Key Ideas - led by Spirit, following your instincts. Inspiration - Your instinct is finely tuned, so why doubt it? Your journey is guided.

Review: Titania's Fortune Cards

Titania's Fortune Cards
Along the shelves of tarot cards, you may come across other types of card decks.

Fortune-telling cards are among these.

The Titania's Fortune Cards are based on the Mlle. Lenormand's Fortune Telling Cards. The cards in this deck are very easy to read with simple images.

The deck consists of 36 cards, slightly larger than playing cards. The card stock is thin and will need to be cared for, but this is a great deck to have.

If you look for this deck on Amazon, you will be shocked at the price of this out of print deck. Take your time, and search for these. You can find them for a reasonable price. It may just take you a little time. I purchased mine from an EBay UK seller for around nineteen dollars.

So, if you have trouble reading the complex messages of the Tarot, give these fortune cards a try. You'll be amazed by their accuracy.
