I've worked with the tarot for many years.

I began with a deck of playing cards and a book telling how to read them. You'd be surprised at their accuracy. I'd probably still be using these, but my deck was lost in a house fire and I've never been able to produce another deck to meet its quality. I had my meanings wrote onto the cards, without pictures, it was hard to remember them in your head.

I moved on to a deck of self-made Rider-Waite cards. I found a site that offered printable versions of the cards and created my own deck. Funds were tight at the time. They worked though. I learned a lot from this first deck.

I then bought my first Rider-Waite true deck. I didn't stick with these long because I had already learned what I needed from my self-made deck. This is a great learning deck.

I now have several decks. My favorite at the moment is the Mystic Dreamer Tarot. I use the deck that feels right at the time of the reading. I even use the Rider-Waite deck from time to time.

That's my tarot journey up till today. I continue learning and obtaining decks. I reach out to others to help them in their journey of the tarot and their lives.
