Tarot Tuesday

Today's question comes from Bluejay.

Please guide me in my career, health, and finance.

Deck: Legacy of the Divine Tarot
Spread: 3-card

Legacy of the Divine Tarot
The King of Wands in the reversed position signifies an arrogant person, one who may be known as a liar. This person is insensitive to others and is out for himself - a possible con-artist. It can also signify someone who lacks control over his own actions.

The Ace of Wands is a card of energy, new interests, and new directions.

The Fool signifies leaping into the unknown, opportunities, decisions, and uncertain conditions.

The cards reveal a lot of energy and thought into your situation. This is something you are not taking lightly, as you should not.

The King of Wands is not a person you want to involve yourself with. This may be someone you know in your current job, or someone you will soon come into contact with. Beware of this person. He/she will lead you down the wrong path. As revealed by the Ace, you are full of energy and new opportunities are close at hand. Take extra precautions with each new opportunity, for the King might be waiting to lead you into something that sounds great, but isn't. The Fool puts emphasize on the new opportunity before you. You will have to take a leap of faith, and the road will be one unknown to you. Again, don't take your decisions lightly. You will be presented with more than one opportunity, so take time to make the right choice.

Bluejay, thank you for sharing your questions with me. I hope the reading helps you as you choose your new direction.

Best wishes,
Cher

Tarot Tuesday

As an extension to Tarot Tuesday, I've reached out and asked for your questions. My main goal with the Tarot is to help others and to grow as an individual. By supplying free readings on the blog, I feel I can move closer to my overall goal. In advance, thank you for sharing your situation and allowing me the chance to help you in your journey.

Our question today comes from Thom. Here is what he asked:

Since last summer I've felt like I've been peeling my skin like a snake- all my old thought patterns and habits have been dropping off, leaving me clear, calm, and...curious! I feel like my life has been purified and concentrated; I feel stronger and more aware than I've ever been- very unusual for someone my age. I feel like this is an opportunity to start a new life, but I want to avoid all the mistakes I made in the past. I was hoping you could give me a hint as to what new direction to take, what signs to watch for, what traps to look out for. Thanks!

Thom, What a nice place to be! I hope the reading below helps in your journey.

Deck: Legacy of the Divine Tarot
Spread: 3-card

Legacy of the Divine Tarot
The 2 of Coins in the reversed position signifies an overwhelming of obligations, a suggestion of one task at a time, and a need to be flexible.

Your Direction - I see that you have multiple avenues you wish to pursue. You may be feeling overwhelmed by all of these choices, or overburdened by the many tasks you've taken on. The card suggests reviewing your goals, evaluating your skills and dedication toward each, and choosing the one that best fits your life plan. I wanted to get more specific with the direction you should head, so I pulled one more card for guidance, 3 of Wands. This is a wonderful card! The card suggests that you have already made the first step toward this new direction, but there's much more work to be done. It signifies success, new opportunities, and new adventures.

The 4 of Swords in the reversed position signifies a time of action, after a resting period.

Road Signs - I see this card as a warning. You feel recharged and ready for action, but don't overdo it. Rome was not built in a day. Take your time in your new direction, one step at a time. It is a time for action. Regulate your energy to keep yourself moving forward. Jumping in too fast may cause a depletion of your energy, and will stop you in your tracks.

The King of Cups signifies a man of great compassion, who is emotionally mature and stable.

Traps to Avoid - I feel that this King is you. You are a loving man who reaches out to help others. With this card signifying your Traps, I feel that maybe you get sucked into others problems. You care so much that their issues become your own. Negative energies will produce negative results. Be careful who you take into your heart, and don't let yourself become overwhelmed with their problems. It's okay to be the nice guy, but you have to draw a line somewhere.

Overview: You're headed in a wonderful direction in life, one of new experiences. Watch out for overexerting yourself and keep a steady pace forward. Stay focused on your goals. Beware of negative energies that might bring you done.

Thom, thank you again for sharing your questions with me. I hope the reading helps you as you step into new directions.

Best wishes,
Cher

Ace of Wands

Legacy of the Divine Tarot
The Ace of Wands is a card of pure energy. The wands represent fire and action. The ace is the strongest card of all the wands, representing it’s element at its purest value.

A card description – In this card, from the Legacy of the Divine Tarot, a volcano erupts, producing a strong sword. Baby dragons circle the creation, protecting it from destruction. The colorful crystals represent the many possibilities within the card. If you look beyond the volcano, you will notice that the world is open, and the view extends as far as the eye can see.

The Ace of Wands represents power, creation, success, inspiration, and enthusiasm. The card holds raw energy and it’s yours for the taking. Use it to create/build your own success.

In a reading, the presence of The Ace of Wands gives a sure indicator that whatever you set out to accomplish you will succeed. The energy and enthusiasm needed will be at your disposal.

I See Dead People

"I see dead people" is a memorable quote from the movie, "Sixth Sense".

Ghosts and spirits are depicted in movies as horrible, possessive creatures for entertainment sake. I'd like to think more on the lines of the television show, "The Ghost Whisperer."

Do ghosts roam the earth? Do spirits contact the living? I'd have to say yes to both questions. We all must wonder why, but I have no real answer for that.

Quite a few years back, I had an experience that I shall never forget. Four of us, in Tennessee, went out for a nightly ride on some back roads. The story told was that at night you could see members of the Ku Klux Klan wandering this particular back road. I don't know the history of this organization or even if they had been known to be in this area. But this is what occurred:

We came upon a section of the road, where a large tree spanned overhead. My attention was drawn to the tree, for reasons unknown to me. I felt the truck jerk and my attention went to the road. In front of us, in the headlights, two white rabbits crossed the street. They seemed to glow. The men say they saw two members of the Ku Klux Klan, while the other girl and I saw the two rabbits.

It may have been two rabbits, but I don't believe in coincidences.
