The second card in a Tarot Profile is the Soul Card. This card indicates your soul purpose for all your lifetimes.
To discover this card simply add the numbers of your Personality Card. Reduce this number together until you reach a number between 1 and 9. Match this number with the corresponding Major Arcana card and you have your Soul Card.

In some cases, your Personality Card and Soul Card will be the same.
My Personality Card is 5 - The Hierophant. Since the 5 is already between 1 and 9, it is also my Soul Card.
